Description

This Northern Italian cow’s milk cheese is a pantry staple. A cheese for almost every occasion and pairing. It is a great compliment with its nutty flavor and its semi-soft texture.

The cheese has a yellowish paste, with a mild flavour. Melted into sauces, thickly shredded over pasta or pizza, or pressed into a gooey grilled sandwich. The bouncy paste is a bit more supple,mild and sweet. It is a real mainstay and always performs perfectly.
