Made in a traditional cheese dairy. Comté Fort Saint Antoine is made from organic raw milk, and is a real rarity. The best Comtés from summer production are selected and then mature for at least 16 months in Fort Saint Antoine in the High Jura Mountains at an altitude of over 1000 m. A slightly crystallized texture with a wonderful, fruity, spicy taste is the unique result. A real treat for The Crumbly Cheese real cheese lovers!
