Burrata is an Italian Cow’s milk cheese made in Puglia from Mozzarella and cream. The outer shell, the most wonderful Mozzarella. The inside oozes with soft a fresh cream and curds. Once tried never forgotten and quite honestly deserves its title of The Queen of Italian Cheese.
